A right shoulder restraining band (10), a left shoulder restraining band (20), a first connecting band (15) and a second connecting band (25) are immovable with respect to a main body (1A) of the upper body garment that tightly fits the upper body of a wearer. A right leg restraining band (30) and a left leg restraining band (40) of the lower body garment (2) are immovable with respect to the main body (2) of the lower body garment that tightly fits the lower body of the wearer. One end of the right shoulder restraining band (10) is disposed crossing the right anterior serratus muscle and right serratus posterior inferior muscle and draped over the right shoulder while the intermediate portion between the one end and the other end crosses the right external oblique abdominal muscle and the upper joining point (1C) crosses the center of gravity. The right leg restraining band (30) is disposed to wind helically from a lower joining point (2C), over the front of the right thigh, the lateral side of the right leg, the triceps femoris muscle that is behind the right knee, the medial side of the right leg, the right calf and just above the right medial malleolus in that order.
