PURPOSE: A system and a method for forming a damp area around a puddle are provided to form a damp area by arranging cribs at an interval and causing erosion between them and restore waterfront ecosystem. CONSTITUTION: A system for forming a damp area around a puddle comprises a pair of cribs(10) arranged at an interval, a filler(20) filled within the cribs, and erosion induction members(30) which are placed on a riverbank between the cribs and connected to the cribs with ropes(40) and U-bolts in order to lead erosion between the cribs.
