PURPOSE: An intelligent DVR using a gravity sensor is provided to enhance the security function thereof by securing the stability for external shock and rapid movement and providing accurate information through information storage and alarm functions. CONSTITUTION: A key input unit inputs the setup of a user, and an impact sensor(110) senses the external impact. Based on the sensing results of the impact sensing unit, a controller(130) is operated in a security mode or a security mode. If the security mode is selected, the controller records the log information corresponding to the external shock of the impact sensing unit. A storage unit(140) stores the log information, and a communication unit(150) transfers an abnormal situation information corresponding to the impact sensing.
