The mixer evenly mixes powder-type materials. The flame retardant discrete transfer device and the first stirring device evenly mix one or more flame retardants. The liquid glass feeder and the lubricant material transferring and feeding device are installed on one side of the mixer. The chemical separating and recovering device separates and recovers beads, agglomerated mass, and residual drug.
