PURPOSE: A nonflammable insulation structure and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to improve the light weight property and the non-combustible effect of the structure. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of a nonflammable insulation structure comprises the following steps: coating crushed styrofoam parts with calcium carbonate to obtain a first mixture; adding portland cement and polypropylene fibers to the first mixture to obtain a second mixture; and adding one of polyvinyl alcohol, methyl cellulose, and zinc stearate.
