The central body is provided with cooling. Independent claims are also included for alternative rotating spits. Preferred Features: The central body has a hollow chamber filled with a cold-storing device. Cooled medium flows through at least one channel provided in the central body. The central body is coupled to a heat exchanger (13). The central body has at least one inlet channel (11) and at least one outlet channel (12) for the cooled medium. |
