PURPOSE: An electric conduction pad and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to produce a plane-typed conductive material or heat element having elasticity. CONSTITUTION: A conductive pad(500) includes a base planar element(510), at least one conductive linear member(520), and a flowing space portion(530). The base planar element is formed on the plane of the conductive pad, and the conductive linear member is twisted in zigzag shape on the base planar element. The base planar element includes the flowing space portion, and the flowing space portion is installed at the inner portion of the both bending portions for the movement of the bending portion.
