PURPOSE: A parking information system and security integrated solution are provided to help a user to manage the state of a parking lot and perform a security guard by using a minimum monitoring camera. CONSTITUTION: A plurality of monitoring cameras(10) are installed at monitoring area on the road of a parking lot. A plurality of parking sensors(20) monitors the state of parked vehicle at a corresponding area. A monitoring camera controller(120) comprises an event handler and a processing unit. An event handler(121) controls an imaging region of the monitoring camera. The processing unit(123) expands a monitoring region. A parking detection signal processing unit(110) transmits an event signal to the monitoring camera controller. A plate number recognition unit(130) receives a monitoring camera image.
