The product has a homogenous, thick, creamy, non-porous texture, with a specific pleasant taste, with a high nutrition value, rich in proteins, vitamins E, V1-V6, RR, potassium, calcium, silicon, phosphorus, and contains indispensable antioxidants. The productÆs high-quality fats contents makes it a valuable food product, suitable for use in the rational eating of people having gastro-intestinal problems. Calcium contained in the product strengthens the childÆs body and counteracts the development of osteoporosis in adults. The food product can find use in the food processing industry in the production of wide-consumption products û ready for use salads and sauces. |
