PURPOSE: A schottky junction solar cell and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to manufacture the schottky junction solar cell using nano materials without an additional doping process. CONSTITUTION: A nano material semiconductor layer(15) includes nano materials. A first electrode(13) receives holes from the nano material semiconductor layer. The first electrode has a larger work function than the nano material semiconductor layer. A second electrode(14) receives electrons from the nano material semiconductor layer.
