PURPOSE: An air bag door for passengers is provided to accurately classify various materials, since a chute is primarily injection-molded and then the door is secondarily injection-molded into the chute. CONSTITUTION: An air bag door for passengers comprises a chute(10), a frame(20), and a joining rib(30). The chute is injection-molded to have an inflation hole. The frame is injection-molded on the inner side of the inflation hole. The door(22) of the frame is inflated by external force. The joining rib is formed on the rim of the frame. The joining rib is integrated with the chute. |
