PURPOSE: A dual circuit board assembly and a portable terminal including the same are provided to minimize the thickness of a shielding structure by arranging a connection unit between a cover and a frame. CONSTITUTION: First and second components are respectively mounted on first and second substrates(210,220). First and second frames(230,240) are mounted on the first and second substrates to surround the first and second components. A cover(250) is arranged between the first and second frames to shield the first and second components. A connection unit is arranged between the cover and the first frame and has a connection bar. The connection bar is protruded from the cover to the second frame or from the second frame to the cover.
