PURPOSE: A dual sack and a method for manufacturing the same are provided to improve a sealing property by applying adhesive on one side of an outer skin and attaching an inner skin on the outer skin. CONSTITUTION: Polypropylene or woven synthetic paper synthesized with kraft paper is used for forming an outer skin(112). Polyethylene film or cast polypropylene film is used for forming an inner skin(114). Adhesive is applied on one side of the outer skin in a longitudinal direction. The inner skin is attached on the outer skin in order to form a dual sack. The lower side of the dual sack is sealed.
