An organic electric device has one or more organic layer having the compound of chemical formula. The compound forms an organic layer by soluble process. The organic electric device comprises a first electrode, one or more organic layers and second electrode. The organic electric device is organic light emitting diode(OLED), organic solar cell, organized photo conductor(OPC) drum, organic thin film transistor(TFT), photodiode, organic laser or laser.
