PURPOSE: A manufacturing method of nitrile rubber is provided to easily and economically improve the stability and the uniformity of a polymer with an effective process. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of nitrile rubber comprises the following steps: producing a stabilized nitrile rubber emulsion, by adding an antioxidant to a nitrile rubber-containing emulsion; adding salt or acid to the stabilized nitrile rubber emulsion to form coagulated nitrile rubber slurry formed with serum and nitrile rubber parts; separating the nitrile rubber parts; mixing the nitrile rubber parts with washing water to form nitrile rubber reslurry; and separating the nitrile rubber parts from the washing water. |
