PURPOSE: A protection net for construction prepared by using polyethylene and polypropylene yarns is provided to improve the tensile strength, shear properties, shear properties and strain. CONSTITUTION: Based on polypropylene yarn 100 weight, palmitin amid 3-5 weight, stearin amid 3-5 weight and 3,5-di-t-butyl-4-hydroxytoluene 0.5-1 weight are mixed with fabric. On the basis of polyethylene yarn 100 weight, palmitin amid 3-5 weigh, stearin amid 3-5 weight, 3,5-di-t-butyl-4-hydroxytoluene 0.5-1 weight and 3,5- di -t- butyl -4- butylated hydroxytoluene 0.5-1 weight are mixed with the fabric. Each mixture is melted at 200-220°C, and is cooled at 15-25°C after spinning. Polypropylene fiber and polyethylene fiber are respectively fabricated. |
