PURPOSE: A porphyrin-based artificial photosynthetic conjugated polymer, a manufacturing method thereof, and an artificial photosynthesis system using thereof are provided to offer the excellent optical activity effect when producing a photoelectric cell. CONSTITUTION: A porphyrin-based artificial photosynthetic conjugated polymer is marked with chemical formula 7. In the chemical formula 7, n is an integer of 3~50. A manufacturing method of the porphyrin-based artificial photosynthetic conjugated polymer comprises a step of reacting porphyrin combined with tin, or a porphyrinic compound.
