PURPOSE: A transformer is provided to suppress noises by preventing interference between a radiation noise and a signal cable on an LCD TV set. CONSTITUTION: A transformer comprises one or more coils(102), a lower core(104), and an upper core(106). The lower core is arranged on the lower side of the coil to form a magnetic field by the coil. The upper core is arranged on the upper side of the coil to form the magnetic field by the coil. The coil is comprised of a primary coil(102a) and a secondary coil(102b). The primary coil is arranged in the center of the upper and lower cores. The secondary coil is arranged on the edge of the upper and lower cores.
