PURPOSE: A magnetic logic device based on the single magnetic layer with multiple magnetic easy axes is provided to reduce the thickness of a device by using a magnetic material monolayer. CONSTITUTION: At least one current line(140,160,180) is arranged in a substrate and is separated from insulating layers(130,150,170). One ferromagnetic material is arranged between the substrate and each current line. The substrate has a symmetric crystalline structure. The ferromagnetic material has a strong multi-shaft anisotropy.
