PURPOSE: A high efficiency power plant for converting amplification energy to rotating energy is provided to convert the linear energy of load fall to rotating energy since a movable guide weight can falls from a given position. CONSTITUTION: A high efficiency power plant comprises a power generator(20), a backward rotating device(40), a forward rotating device, a power supply device and a power stabilizer(70). The power generator supplies linear energy by the load fall of a movable guide weight. The backward rotating device connects a first backward sprocket(41) to a rotating shaft, which has been connected to a rotating sprocket(30). The forward rotating device connects a second backward sprocket to the rotary shaft, which has been connected to the rotating sprocket. A supply sprocket(63) is installed on one side of the power generator. A wheel sprocket, which connects a power chain connected to the supply sprocket, is installed on a wheel shaft(72) of the power stabilizer.
