PURPOSE: A cooling water spraying capability, which improves cooling water spraying capability, is provided to evenly spray water cooling into a condenser by installing a guide applying rotating inertia to the cooling water. CONSTITUTION: A cooling water spraying capability comprises a nozzle body(10) and a guide(15). A jet hole(13) is formed in one end of the nozzle body. The guide installs inside the nozzle body and gives the torque to the sprayed cooling water. The guide is formed into a rectangular board in a columnar direction based on the central axis of the nozzle body.
