PURPOSE: The secondary system of wind energy electromobile extends the service time by establishing the vertical axis generator and horizontal shaft generator in the electric automation. CONSTITUTION: Horizontal shaft generators of 3 diameter 10cms are installed in the front of the electric vehicle, in other words, the key pad part of the general car. The width 20cm, and two vertical axis generators of the length 80cm are installed in both sides of the vehicle rear part. Horizontal shaft generators are installed in the loop side or the bonnet of the car body.
