PURPOSE: An arrangement method of support blocks, a tool for moving a support block, and a work machine including the tool are provided to prevent damage to a support block and the upper side of an instrument table. CONSTITUTION: An arrangement method of support blocks comprises following steps. A support block is installed in a block receiving area within a range capable of being retained and supported by a spindle. A tool for moving a support block is mounted on the spindle and comprises a spindle mounting unit(11) and a block retaining and supporting unit(13). After being supported by the block retaining and supporting unit of the tool for moving a support block, the support block is placed at a workpiece loading position on the upper surface of the table.
