<p>PURPOSE: A method for manufacturing recycled paper with an in-situ process is provided to improve reusability of waste resources, and to save energy by improving properties of the recycled paper while increasing effectiveness of energy. CONSTITUTION: A method for manufacturing recycled paper with an in-situ process includes the following steps: injecting de-inked pulp slurry dissolved in room temperature into a reaction tank(S10); mixing the de-inked pulp slurry and Ca(OH)2 in the reaction tank(S20); injecting CO2 gas after adjusting pH of the de-inked pulp slurry(S30); completing reaction when pH of the de-inked pulp slurry is 7 or less(S40); and molding the de-inked pulp slurry into paper(S50).</p> |
