PURPOSE: A real time information providing system of an underground facility and a method thereof, and a method for providing the information and a server for the same are provided to visually confirm an invisible underground facility based on reality that a recording medium have been increased through display. CONSTITUTION: An AR(Augmented Reality) server(100) stores 3D information of geographical and underground facilities and property information. A 3D information providing module(130) transmits 3D information about predetermined location information of a mobile client to the mobile client. A property information providing module(140) transmits the descriptive data to the mobile client. Based on augmented reality, the mobile client overlaps a 3D virtual image to the real world.
