PURPOSE: A hydraulic jack with a wedge type lock device is provided to fix the position by locking or releasing a rod using a locking wedge located between a lock shaft and the rod. CONSTITUTION: A hydraulic jack comprises a cylinder part(10), a hollow rod(20), a lock device(30), and a rod cover(25). The cylinder part includes hydraulic ports(16,17) which are respectively installed on the top and bottom and a lock shaft(15) protruding from the center of the bottom. The hollow rod is raised and lowered inside the cylinder part according to the supply of hydraulic fluid through the hydraulic ports, and the lock shaft is inserted in the hollow rod. The lock device restrains the rod using a wedge structure interposed between the lock shaft and the rod and, when the hydraulic fluid is supplied through the hydraulic ports, releases the rod. The rod cover is coupled to the bottom of the rod. |
