PURPOSE: A blow molded water pipe assembly for a refrigerator is provided to improve quality by forming a water path and an assembly to be one body through blow molding. CONSTITUTION: A blow molded water pipe assembly for a refrigerator is comprised of an inner case combining part(10a), a hollowed water pipe(20a), and a spacer(30a). The inner case combining part has a combining surface(11a) which is combined with a water path. The spacer is protruded from the water path outside. A hollowed box, the water path, a spacer are formed as one body through blow molding of thermoplastic resin. The surface excluding a combination part is cut from the hollowed box to form the inner case combining part.
