PURPOSE: A power transmitting device of a reducer is provided to transmit power without stoppage by connecting to two motors. CONSTITUTION: A sun gear(110) is formed on the end of a first motor shaft. A pinion carrier(120) has the same axis as the first motor shaft and is formed on the end of a second motor shaft separated with a constant space. A first pinion(130) is rotatably installed on each branch of the pinion carrier. A second pinion(140) is rotatably installed on each branch of the pinion carrier. A ring gear(150) is coaxially installed on the outer surface of the sun gear.
