PURPOSE: A method for making cuttlefish rice cake is provided to induce gel formulation of cuttlefish and to maintain specific texture of cuttlefish. CONSTITUTION: A method for making cuttlefish rice cake comprises: a step of adjusting acidity and sterilizing; a step of pulverizing; a step of adding water controlling agent, sweetener, and binding agent; a step of preparing rice flour which is sterilized; a step of mixing the seasoned cuttlefish and rice flour in a weight ratio of 50-90:10-50; and a step of steaming. |
