HIGH DIELECTRIC POLYIMIDE-POLYANILINE COMPOSITES AND ITS PREPARATION

PURPOSE: A polyimide-polyaniline composite and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to secure the excellent high permittivity property and insulation property by the uniform morphology. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of a polyimide-polyaniline composite comprises the following steps: adding polyaniline when polymerizing polyamic acid using acid dianhydride and diamine as monomers and termination reacting the mixture to form a polyaniline-polyelectrolyte solution; and heat-drying the polyaniline-polyelectrolyte solution. The termination reacting step is performed for 12~30 hours.
