FIELD: medicine. ^ SUBSTANCE: level of individual health is estimated by the relation of a genome stability criterion to NOR chromosome activity in the cells. For the estimation, patient's blood is drawn from the median cubital vein for lymphocyte cultivation and metaphase chromosome preparation to be studied for NOR chromosome activity, and to determine the level of chromosome aberrations in the cells, and to calculate a genome stability coefficient. ^ EFFECT: use of the method allows high-accuracy human genome stability test in the environment with estimating health level. ^ 3 ex |
