FIELD: medicine. ^ SUBSTANCE: invention is related to the sphere of medicine, namely to method of arterial pressure measurement and device of its realisation. Method consists in the fact that using source of static pressure, static pressure is developed in part of body, which contains artery. Source of static pressure and opposite part of body are hydraulically separated between each other. Value of static pressure is changed in range of values, which designedly includes probable range of arterial pressure values. Passage of pulse waves is detected with the help of pressure waves that run along contact surface of rigid separation element, facing the body. Value of systolic and diastolic pressure are detected by value of static pressure at the moment of pulse waves occurrence and disappearance. Device includes source of static pressure, facilities of variation and measurement of static pressure, detector of pulse wave, facility for processing of output signals and rigid separation element, having two contact surfaces. Inside rigid separation element there is facility of static pressure measurement and pulse wave detector. ^ EFFECT: invention application makes it possible to increase accuracy of arterial pressure measurement, to expand areas of application and to simplify measurement process. ^ 6 cl, 6 dwg |
