LACTOBACILLUS SPP. ISOLATED FROM OYSTER HAVING HIGH RESISTANCE TO VARIOUS ENVIRONMENTAL STRESSES

PURPOSE: A novel Lactobacillus rhamnosus MH22 derived from oyster which is strong to environmental stress is provided to suppress pathogenic microorganism growth and to use in feed additives. CONSTITUTION: A novel Lactobacillus rhamnosus MH22(deposit number: KCTC 18155P) derived from oyster has strong resistance to environmental stress. The value of MIC to salt stress is 1.8 M of NaCl. The strain suppresses pathogenic microorganism growth. The pathogenic microorganism is Vibrio alginolyticus KCTC 40513 or Vibrio proteolyticus CKTC 11992. A probiotics contains Lactobacillus rhamnosus MH22 cell line, culture supernatant, or antibacterial metabolite as an active ingredient.
