The device (1) has an electrical cable (4) e.g. ground cable, connected to a joint connector (5) that is connected with a terminal (6) of a battery (2). A fixation system (14) fixes a measurement block (3) and the cable on the connector. The cable includes an assembling tongue passing through the block via a passage opening formed in the block. The tongue and a console of the block are assembled on a pin by using a fixation unit i.e. nut (19), screwed on the pin. The tongue is interposed between the console and a plate of the connector.
