PURPOSE: A circuit and a method for converting parallel connection into serial connection are provided to perform pre-amplification at an output terminal by including a followed selection unit in rear part of the circuit. CONSTITUTION: A main selection unit(310) successively responds to the data from first and second lines. A main selection unit drives an output node. A followed selection unit(320) successively responds to the data from the first and second line and drives an output node. The followed selection unit drives the output node by an inverse value of followed first and second lines.
