MAGNETIC POWDER BLOCK CORE REACTOR AND IT'S MANUFACTURING METHOD FOR UNINTERRUPTIBLE POWER SUPPLY

PURPOSE: A powder magnetism block core reactor and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to simplify a manufacturing process by inserting a rod-shaped powder magnetism block core into a coil part. CONSTITUTION: A core part(110) is formed by laminating a powder magnetism block core. The powder magnetism block core is formed into a rod form by compressing and forming iron powder 90~95% and silicon powder 5~10%. A coil part(130) is formed by winding a coil with a uniform number of turns according to the shape of the core part and the design capacity of a reactor. An insulating material(120) is interposed between the coil part and the core part. A clamp(140) clinches the coil part and the core part.
