PURPOSE: A prefabricated folding bench with a detachable parasol can provide a comfortable seat and shade at any places and protect users from insects when attaching tent cloth between the parasol and the seat plate. CONSTITUTION: A prefabricated folding bench with a detachable parasol comprises a rack(1) and a seat plate(2). The rack is composed of cross bars(12) which are coupled by hinges to a plurality of columns(11), and foldable. The seat plate, which is composed of a plurality of piece plates with coupling grooves on four sides, is placed on the top of the rack.
