METHOD FOR PREPARING BROWN ALGA POWER, COSMETIC BROWN ALGA POWER PREPARED THEREBY, SOAP COMPOSITION INCLUDING THE BROWN ALGA POWER, AND COSMETIC SOAP INCLUDING THE SAME

PURPOSE: A manufacturing method of brown algae powder, the brown algae powder manufactured therefrom, a soap composition including thereof, and cosmetic soap including the soap composition are provided to secure an excellent moisturizing effect and to prevent the skin aging. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of brown algae powder for a cosmetic composition comprises the following steps: removing the salinity from brown algae; drying the brown algae to reduce water content to less than 10%; heat-extracting the dried brown algae; freeze-drying the extract residue from the previous step; and crushing the freeze-dried product. The heat-extracting process is performed by adding 700~1,200 parts of alcohol by weight and 2~7 parts of hydrogen peroxide solution by weight to 100 parts of brown algae by weight.
