The pliers have a body (1) with a recess (2) opened for passage of an object, and a working tool (10) sliding in the recess to a die in the body. The tool is driven by an activating lever articulated in rotation on an extension (8) integrated to the body. The tool is presented in the form of a rectangular sectioned plate whose working end (10a) is sharpened. An opposite end of the plate includes a lug (10b) with an oblong opening traversed by a rotational articulation axle (11) fixed to the lever. The tool is guided in a rectangular sectioned guide (13) provided in the body. The die is realized by extensions of lateral metallic pieces of the body that are projected from a central metallic piece.
