The device (10) has a panel (11) receiving heat flow on an external face (11e), where the panel is provided with a stiffening wall (12) extended perpendicularly from an internal face of the panel. A skirt (14) extends towards outer side from the stiffening wall whose edges (14a, 14c, 14d) are aligned with edges (11a-11d) of the panel to delimit a drain space between the internal face of the panel and the skirt. The stiffening wall is extended by fixation tabs (13a, 13b, 13d), where each tab comprises an orifice (133a, 133b) for housing an element of a fixation unit. The device is made of composite material with ceramic matrix and composite material with reinforcement of carbon fibers and silicon carbide matrix.
