METHOD FOR PREPARING THE FABRIC USING THE NAYLON AND POLYESTHER PARTITION YARN

PURPOSE: A method for preparing fabric using naylon and polyesther partition yarn is provided to improve wash fastness by fabricating fabric through the use of naylon and polyesther partition yarn. CONSTITUTION: A microfiber is configured by mixing nylon with polyester(S11), and the weight ration of the polyester and nylon is 80:20 or 30:70. The twining and winding of the microfiber is performed by a direct twister(S12). A micro divided thread is fabricated by reducing the microfiber(S13), and is dyed(S14). Fabric is manufactured by using the dyed micro divided thread(S15).
