PURPOSE: A mounting structure between a bolt for combining a vehicle body and a junction box is provided to mount a junction box on a vehicle body by a nut, since the location of a bolt is fixed by the compression of a bolt head. CONSTITUTION: A mounting structure between a bolt for combining a vehicle body and a junction box comprises a pressing unit, a vehicle body-coupling bolt, and a washer(7). The head of the vehicle body-coupling bolt is compressed by the pressing unit, and then the side of a through-hole(8) of a washer is elastically transformed, so that the diameter of the through-hole is expanded. A spiral part(6) of the vehicle body-coupling bolt and a tapered part(12) pass through the through-hole.
