PURPOSE: A vapor permeability prevention film processing method is provided to facilitate a following process by preventing vapor permeability. CONSTITUTION: An ITO substrate(10) is prepared on a plastic and a glass. A pattern for the formation of an organic compound is formed on the ITO substrate. The organic compound and a cathode(20) are deposited on the pattern. A SiON thin film is formed on the organic compound and the cathode using a first vapor permeability prevention film(30) for the protection of the organic compound and the prevention of vapor permeability.
