PURPOSE: A metal-Impregnated carbon nanofibers and a preparation method of the same, and a fuel cell and a filter using the metal-impregnated carbon nanofibers are provided to increase an active surface area of a carbon nanofiber composite. CONSTITUTION: A photocatalyst-contained Polyacrylonitrile solution is prepared(S100), and nanofiber is formed from the PAN solution containing optical catalyst(S102). Through carbonization, a CNF(Carbon Nanofiber) containing a semiconductor metallic oxide is fabricated(S104). The carbon nanofiber is oxidized so that the semiconductor metallic oxidation has optical activity(S106). Metallic catalyst is impregnated into an oxidized nanofiber(S108).
