The assembly has a luminous repeater (1) comprising luminous indicators (4, 5) for representing a state of a taximeter when the luminous indicators are switched on. Luminous intensity sensors (30, 31) are arranged in the repeater to evaluate ambient luminosity. An electronic control unit (15) changes luminous intensity of the luminous indicators according to the ambient luminosity. A luminous body (20) is integrated in an upper globe (2) of the repeater.
