Castor wheel assembly comprising a castor pin (2) having a castor axis (3); a yoke (6) mounted to the castor pin - and rotatable about a yoke axis (4); a castor wheel (80) rotatably mounted to the yoke about a wheel axis; and a gradient device (5) disposed between the castor pin and the yoke, the gradient device operative to allow angular displacement of the yoke axis relative to the castor axis.
