<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a board connecting member-attaching tool capable of improving the positioning accuracy of a printed board, improving the efficiency of board mounting processing and reducing the number of components, costs and the number of processes. <P>SOLUTION: The board connecting member-attaching tool is used in a board mounting device for mounting electronic components on printed boards 1 and 2, and includes: board positioning means 131-134 for positioning the two printed boards 1 and 2 of the same specifications such that mutually different surfaces are on top; and connecting member-positioning means 113-117 for positioning a connecting member connecting both printed boards.
