<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of manufacturing a sheet-like structure that uses linear structures of carbon elements and has extremely high thermal conductivity and electrical conductivity. <P>SOLUTION: The linear structures 16 of carbon elements are formed on a substrate 12, and the linear structures 16 formed on the substrate 12 are transferred onto a substrate 20 having heat shrinkability.
