PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a floating oil recovery device capable of recovering floating oil wherein the mixing amount of water is drastically reduced. SOLUTION: The floating oil recovery device includes: a separation tank 12 having an inflow port for causing oil-water mixed liquid 22 to flow-in and an outflow port for causing separated water to flow-out respectively therethrough; a pump 14 for feeding the oil-water mixed liquid to a separation tank; a recovery vessel 16 for recovering the floating oil separated by the separation tank; a discharge pipe for guiding the floating oil on the upper part of the separation tank into the recovery container; a lead pipe 52 which is arranged in the separation tank such that one end part thereof is connected to the inflow port and the other end part thereof is opened for the upper part in the separation tank, and guides the oil-water mixed liquid to the upper part in the separation tank; and a guide pipe 54 which is loosely fitted so as to surround an opening end of the lead pipe, and connected to the lead pipe and guides air bubbles floating from the opening end of the lead pipe, to the upper side.
