METHOD FOR EVALUATION OF OUTLOOK OF PATHOLOGICAL SCAR FORMED IN EARLY POST-OPERATIVE PERIOD

摘要

Method for evaluation of outlook of pathological scar formed in early post-operative period includes placement of piece of scar to paraffin, with preparation of histological cuts and dyeing those with dyes. One carries out dyeing of cuts with use of lectins of potato tubers and bourtree conjugated with peroxidase of horse-radish. One evaluates gistotopography of glicopolymer and intensity of color of cells of epidermis and derma.
